“Once we cleared customs, it was all smooth sailing. Our guide was waiting for us just outside of arrivals with a Welcome Sign, and while my group made use of the public amenities, the guide had the bus dispatched. Her tour-like commentary on the way to our hotel was a well received bonus appreciated by the whole group. I am already looking forward to working with her again.”
Unfortunately, we arrived in Vancouver on a very busy travel day. Because we wanted to be proactive, we pre-booked a private transfer from the airport to Whistler, 130 km away, with a transportation company. Our German-speaking HOST THE WORLD tour guide was there, but there was no trace of the driver or vehicle that we had booked in advance! After we called the transport company with the help of our guide (they claimed they never received our reservation), he arranged with another transport company to take us to our destination. We are forever grateful for our tour guide’s quick and easy help.

Ihre interessanten Ausführungen auf dem Weg zu unserem Hotel waren ein willkommener Bonus, der von der gesamten Gruppe geschätzt wurde.
